Today I turn 37

Still driven by a single purpose

Today is my 37th. Still driven by a single purpose:

Qualis est vir qui mundum non meliorat?
What kind of man is he who does not make the world better?

The path forward shapes and reveals.
Like the Ginkgo tree, through seasons and cycles,
I root deeper, aim higher.
It’s the quiet confidence which breathes fire.

I bow in gratitude to all teachers, friends and loved ones on this path.
I thank my becoming and the yet to come.

A couple of highlights of the past 12 months:

• We hosted 42 Unplugged events worldwide welcoming 2,000 people into creative expression.

• Crafted the messaging and positioning for 6 exceptional coaches and founders.

• Met the most amazing humans in the field of Arts, Social Enterprise, and Academia.

• Wrote a 350-page fantasy novel bridging Chinese language and culture.

• Continue expanding with a wife who accepts me to my fullest and invites me to my highest.

• Became a father to the most wondrous and curious girl.
